Country Sourdough – Our rich signature sourdough made from a blend of local flour, including organic wholewheat & organic rye from Milmore Downs. We like to go bold on the crust.
Midnight Rye – A dark rye sourdough base with seeds, roasted malt & molasses. This tinned multigrain will level up your toast and cheese platters.
Fig, Fennel & Walnut – Jammy dried figs, toasted fennel seeds and hunks of walnuts are wrapped up in our classic sourdough. It’s very good with butter.
Sydenham Sourdough – Born in our original home on Buchan St, this white loaf is made with 100% Canterbury wheat & a sourdough starter.
